You can create a relationship topic only after your application is accepted.

1. You need to create a topic where the list will be, the list will have all the available relationships, or name-description of the relationship if you want it to be like that.
2.It's prefered that you play out all the important relationships, so those which will in the future impact your character.
3. if you do family, take note of other character's families.
4. Family must have some appearances to in the backstory. Like if your character never had an older sister, she can't just appear.
5.It is also highly recommended that you put a link to your family in your profile.
